• Functional SME for Banking products
• Understanding the banking business and functionalities across various banking products.
• Ability to understand, discuss with the bank on banking requirements for Indian banks. Ability to discuss and finalize the broad level solutions which can be provided in FLEXCUBE Retail along with associated limitations and assumptions if any. Ability to grasp the operational process flow and suggest suitable recommendations for making it efficient.
• Ability to articulate and discuss requirements with the Development team to arrive at an optimum solution
• Business Analysis for the Banks requirement
• Preparation of Functional specification document for Customization.
• Ability to discuss with Development on providing optimum solution to the customer to satisfy his business needs with the least customization
• Ability to write in-depth test plans
• Functional Testing of the Customizations developed
• Adherence to Oracle internal processes
• Working with different internal stakeholders in Oracle
• Working with customers and partners for the delivery of Oracle Deliverables
• Should be available to travel for implementation
