About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru, India. As a key member of our engineering department, you will lead complex electrical engineering projects, drive innovation, and mentor junior engineers.
- Oversee and manage large-scale electrical engineering projects from conception to completion
- Develop and implement innovative electrical system designs for various applications
- Conduct detailed analysis and optimization of power systems and electrical networks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and team members
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement
- Contribute to business development efforts and proposal writing
- Participate in technical reviews and quality assurance processes
What do we need from you
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; Master's degree preferred
- Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification
- 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on power systems and industrial applications
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex electrical engineering projects
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements
- Expertise in power system design, analysis, and optimization
- Proficiency in engineering software tools such as AutoCAD, ETAP, and Revit
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in mentoring and developing junior engineers
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Knowledge of renewable energy systems and smart grid technologies is a plus
- Expert professionalism in Revit
