Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and analytical Business Analyst to collaborate with clients and internal teams in defining business requirements and delivering robust IT solutions. The candidate will work closely with the sales and presales teams to manage proposals, prepare solution documents, and ensure client satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales and business development teams on project proposals and client pitches.
  • Attend client meetings and act as the technical liaison or domain expert.
  • Manage the entire proposal life cycle, including scope finalization, cost estimation, and documentation.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to devise effective and feasible solutions.
  • Respond to RFPs/RFIs, prepare detailed proposals, and deliver client presentations.
  • Create and maintain wireframes, user stories, and business process documentation.
  • Develop project cost structures ensuring both client value and organizational profitability.
  • Ensure timely delivery of proposals and maintain accuracy in communication and documentation.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven experience in requirement scoping, solution design, and presales documentation.
  • Hands-on experience in wireframing, proposal creation, and effort estimation.
  • Exposure to multiple technology domains like UX/UI, Mobility, IoT, and eCommerce.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Capable of working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, documentation tools, and CRM systems.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
