Hiring: Process & Data Operations Analyst – Mumbai (Powai)

Type: Full-time | Processing & Operations Support

Experience: 1+ year

CTC: ₹3 – 3.5 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day processing on internal platforms.
  • Maintain accurate workflows, documentation, records & client/stakeholder coordination.
  • Prepare operational reports, trackers, and support reconciliations/compliance.
  • Work on data analysis using Excel/Google Sheets; contribute to automation (macros/AppScript).
  • Provide cross-functional support across operations, accounts, and sales teams.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Commerce/Business/Finance or related field.
  • Experience in processing, documentation, banking/finance, logistics, or shared services.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Sheets knowledge.
  • Exposure to automation tools is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and tech-savvy.
