Flexing It has partnered with a leading FMCG organisation who is looking to engage with PMO with the following responsibilites:
Deployment of Marketing Fundamental Marketing Foundation & Insights for Impact (Global) – 25 workshops in total
Accountable for end-to-end global deployment of Marketing Foundation and Insights for Impact programmes.
- Partner with the Global Marketing and Learning Teams to adapt and embed programmes across markets and business groups (Beauty & Wellbeing, Personal Care, Foods, and Home Care).
Collaborate with NIIT and regional organisers to streamline learner journeys,communications, and adoption of new capability-building initiatives. Track programme reach, impact, and effectiveness to inform continuous improvement.
Data, Analytics & Dashboarding for the Marketing Academy – 3 Dashboards & trackers
Design and manage dashboards, reporting, and analytics (e.g. Power BI) to monitor training participation, outcomes, and impact.
- Collating feedback and NPS scores to drive programme enhancements.
Update budget forecasting, tracking, and reporting sheet for all global Marketing Academy trainings, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
Deployment of Innovation & Design Capability Programmes (Global) – 20 workshops in total
Accountable for end-to-end global deployment of the innovation & design capability curriculum.
- The Sole POC for any trainings deployments and to be part of the cross-business group innovation community to adapt and embed programmes across markets.
- Collaborate with NIIT and regional organisers to streamline learner journeys,
- communications, and adoption of new capability-building initiatives.
- Build activity guides to circulate across markets for deployment.
- Track programme reach, impact, and effectiveness in-line with previous scorecards.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's in marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Learning & Development, or a related field.
- Experience in PMO
- 1+ Years' experience in programme deployment or analytics within a multinational environment.
- Strong data & analytics skills with proficiency in Power BI, MS Office Suite.
- Proven track record in budget management, forecasting, and reporting
- Passion for marketing capability, insights-driven learning, and operational excellence.
- Confident working independently, with attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
