Flexing It is a freelance consulting marketplace that connects freelancers and independent consultants with organisations seeking independent talent.

Flexing It has partnered with a leading FMCG organisation who is looking to engage with PMO with the following responsibilites:

  1. Deployment of Marketing Fundamental Marketing Foundation & Insights for Impact (Global) – 25 workshops in total

  2. Accountable for end-to-end global deployment of Marketing Foundation and Insights for Impact programmes.

  3. Partner with the Global Marketing and Learning Teams to adapt and embed programmes across markets and business groups (Beauty & Wellbeing, Personal Care, Foods, and Home Care).
  4. Collaborate with NIIT and regional organisers to streamline learner journeys,communications, and adoption of new capability-building initiatives. Track programme reach, impact, and effectiveness to inform continuous improvement.

  5. Data, Analytics & Dashboarding for the Marketing Academy – 3 Dashboards & trackers

Design and manage dashboards, reporting, and analytics (e.g. Power BI) to monitor training participation, outcomes, and impact.

  • Collating feedback and NPS scores to drive programme enhancements.
  • Update budget forecasting, tracking, and reporting sheet for all global Marketing Academy trainings, ensuring transparency and efficiency.

  • Deployment of Innovation & Design Capability Programmes (Global) – 20 workshops in total

Accountable for end-to-end global deployment of the innovation & design capability curriculum.

  • The Sole POC for any trainings deployments and to be part of the cross-business group innovation community to adapt and embed programmes across markets.
  • Collaborate with NIIT and regional organisers to streamline learner journeys,
  • communications, and adoption of new capability-building initiatives.
  • Build activity guides to circulate across markets for deployment.
  • Track programme reach, impact, and effectiveness in-line with previous scorecards.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's in marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Learning & Development, or a related field.
  • Experience in PMO
  • 1+ Years' experience in programme deployment or analytics within a multinational environment.
  • Strong data & analytics skills with proficiency in Power BI, MS Office Suite.
  • Proven track record in budget management, forecasting, and reporting
  • Passion for marketing capability, insights-driven learning, and operational excellence.
  • Confident working independently, with attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
