Job Description

About the Role: AVPN is seeking a highly motivated HR Intern to serve as a key support within our Human Resources function, focusing on recruitment, HR operations, and special projects. This internship is designed to provide comprehensive, hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring the successful candidate gains practical knowledge in a high-impact, international environment. We are looking for candidates who are able to work full-time and based in India (Mumbai/ Pune).

Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Recruitment Support: Coordinate and support on the full recruitment life cycle for various roles, including job posting on the website, initial resume screening, extensive interview scheduling across all levels, and maintaining the candidate database.
  • Maintain HR Data Integrity: Accurately manage and update the internal HR database and recruitment trackers to ensure all information is current.
  • Support Employee Lifecycle Administration: Assist with administrative tasks related to onboarding and offboarding team members.
    Handle Documentation & Contracts: Support intern hiring preparing contracts and draft various employment letters (e.g., visa/employment proof) as requested, ensuring all documents are reviewed- the HR Manager/Supervisor.
  • Contribute to Employee Experience: Help develop, implement, and coordinate employee engagement programs and activities.
  • Assist with Special Projects: Provide support on special HR projects and undertake other organisational projects and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 6 months experience in HR operations and engagement processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail and ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Suite or related software.
