Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and arrange assembly line facilities for new and existing products.
  • Drive process improvements and implement best practices in manufacturing and assembly.
  • Lead and support new product development from concept to implementation.
  • Work in close coordination with the R&D team to develop and refine product designs.
  • Execute and monitor new product trials, providing timely feedback and adjustments.
  • Analyse and manage functional requirements, ensuring alignment with design specifications and customer expectations.
  • Provide technical support to the production and quality teams as needed.
  • Develop jigs and fixtures to improve assembly processes.
  • Reengineer existing products for cost-saving opportunities.
  • Special Process Machine Handling
  • Work with the MM team to ensure timely procurement and availability of materials.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Diploma (DME) or Bachelor's degree (BE) in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in product development or manufacturing engineering.
  • Good understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CAD tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks or equivalent.
  • Effective communication and team coordination abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹45,000.00 per month
