Job Title: Art & Craft HelperJob Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and creative Art & Craft Helper to assist in the preparation, production, and finishing of handmade craft items. The role involves supporting craft projects, handling basic tools and materials, organizing the workspace, and helping in packaging and delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, has an eye for detail, and a passion for creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in cutting, painting, sticking, and assembling art & craft products.
  • Prepare raw materials such as MDF, paper, fabric, wood, beads, and paints.
  • Help in sanding, finishing, and polishing craft items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the craft workspace.
  • Support in packing, labeling, and arranging finished items for delivery or sale.
  • Follow design instructions and ensure accuracy in the production process.
  • Assist in setting up displays, workshops, or exhibitions when required.
  • Handle tools, glue guns, cutters, and paints safely.
  • Provide general support to senior artisans/craft makers in day-to-day tasks.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge/interest in art & craft.
  • Willingness to learn and work with different craft materials.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work with attention to detail.
  • Team player with good time management skills.
  • Prior craft/handwork experience preferred but not mandatory.

Work Type:

  • Full-time / Part-time (based on requirement)
  • Flexible working hours may be available

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 1 month

Pay: ₹6, ₹13,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 – 54 per week
