Role Purpose Statement

Consolidation & Reporting for Viterra

Main Accountabilities
  • Consolidation & Integration:
    • Consolidate financial results from different business units and integrate data into enterprise-wide reporting.
    • Lead the implementation of standardized reporting processes and contribute to system enhancements for improved efficiency and accuracy.
  • Perform Monthly financial close activities:
    • Manage the entire P&L cycle including revenue analysis, fixed and variable cost analysis and commentary, EBIT and ROE performance analysis, and identification of opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost optimization.
  • Forecasting & Budget:
    • Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting (BUD) and strategic planning processes for the assigned business segment.
  • SGA Analysis & commentary:
    • Prepare analysis of the variances & look into cost center details, reviews all accruals & prepaids posted so that SGA is in line with the budget, headcount analysis.
  • Cost center data management review:
    • Able to maintain the CCMD data & coordinate with the cost center owners for any changes.
  • Resolve queries within timelines and liaise with the FP&A leads to deliver reports.
  • Other Adhoc activities.

Technical
  • Experience in ERP/Accounting systems, SAP & Reporting tool (onestream, tableau, power BI) added advantage.
  • Strong analytical financial skills.
Education & Experience
  • MBA with 1-3 years of work experience in a similar role or CA fresher with a few months of experience.
