We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in system architecture and end-to-end product development. Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and develop high-performance, scalable, and secure web applications.
  • Lead design discussions and define technical direction based on product goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and DevOps teams to deliver quality software.
  • Maintain a high standard of code quality, test coverage, and documentation.
  • Perform code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
  • Drive adoption of engineering best practices across the team.
  • Manage cloud infrastructure and deployments using AWS services.
  • Ensure high system reliability, performance, and scalability in production.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
  • Strong architectural skills with experience designing distributed systems and APIs.
  • Startup experience or demonstrated ability to work in lean, fast-paced environments.

  • Product development experience: built, scaled, or owned critical features of a live product.

  • Proficiency in:

  • Backend: Python, Django
  • Frontend: JavaScript/TypeScript, React or Angular
  • Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and web fundamentals.
  • Experience with AWS services: EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFormation, etc.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Git, and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
