Role & responsibilities
- Planning the shift activities at the beginning of the shift.
- Executing the shift dispatch plan and organizing dispatch as planned.
- Ensuring Customer order and dispatch.
- Planning for Naked Glass dispatches.
- Loading Consignments into transporter vehicle on daily basis as per timings
- Ensure Right quantity and content of material is loaded into the truck
- Increasing the Stock transfer to neighbor plants.
- Ensuring the material loading pattern & stabilization after loading for Invoicing.
- Planning for special requirements like packing of materials to meet dispatch requirements.
- Invoice process method improvement in SAP
- Prepare Post Goods Invoice through SAP for SD Module
- Ensuring TRUCK in OUT less than 8 hrs.
- Flow the trucks FIFO in dispatch.
- Focus on DATO and TITO.
- Maintaining FIFO for sales order / Trucks and container.

- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to work effectively with all employees.
- Strong problem-solving skills and methodical troubleshooting are required
