Role & responsibilities

  • Planning the shift activities at the beginning of the shift.
  • Executing the shift dispatch plan and organizing dispatch as planned.
  • Ensuring Customer order and dispatch.
  • Planning for Naked Glass dispatches.
  • Loading Consignments into transporter vehicle on daily basis as per timings
  • Ensure Right quantity and content of material is loaded into the truck
  • Increasing the Stock transfer to neighbor plants.
  • Ensuring the material loading pattern & stabilization after loading for Invoicing.
  • Planning for special requirements like packing of materials to meet dispatch requirements.
  • Invoice process method improvement in SAP
  • Prepare Post Goods Invoice through SAP for SD Module
  • Ensuring TRUCK in OUT less than 8 hrs.
  • Flow the trucks FIFO in dispatch.
  • Focus on DATO and TITO.
  • Maintaining FIFO for sales order / Trucks and container.

  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to work effectively with all employees.
