Design Verification Engineer

We are hiring a Design Verification Engineer for NXP WCS/SCE BU. The candidate will be responsible for pre-silicon DV of IPs and SoCs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement simulation testbenches, assertion checkers, and coverage monitors.
  • Work on low-power simulation setups and debug failures.
  • Create test plans, debug test failures, and perform coverage analysis.
  • Contribute to verification of NB, Zigbee, BT, and BLE SoCs.
  • Collaborate with team members and independently drive verification tasks.

Required Skills:

  • Strong expertise in System Verilog, UVM methodology, and Verilog.
  • Experience with AMBA protocol, DMA controller DV, low-power simulation/UPF.
  • Proficiency in scripting (Python/Perl/Unix shell).
  • Strong fundamentals in computer architecture & design verification.
  • Excellent communication and debugging skills.

Education: MS (or higher) in EE/EC/ECC Engineering.
