Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter, located in Noida. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and interviewing candidates, managing the hiring process, collaborating with department managers, and maintaining candidate databases. The Recruiter will also be involved in developing job descriptions, posting job ads, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Experience in candidate sourcing and interviewing techniques
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and tools
- Familiarity with HR processes and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with department managers and team members
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Experience in the consultancy industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
