Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in the ERP system.
  • Verify and validate data to ensure completeness and correctness.
  • Generate reports and extract data as per management requirements.
  • Identify discrepancies, errors, and inconsistencies in the data and correct them promptly.
  • Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary data and ensure seamless data flow.
  • Adhere to timelines and deadlines for data entry tasks.
  • Support ERP-related administrative tasks as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP data entry or related roles.
  • Proficiency in ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and data management tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills for interdepartmental coordination.
