TNPSC Faculties

Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced and knowledgeable faculty members to train aspirants for TNPSC and UPSC competitive examinations. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth subject expertise, strong teaching ability, and a passion for mentoring students to excel in civil service examinations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach subjects related to TNPSC/UPSC (General Studies, Aptitude, Current Affairs, and Optional subjects as applicable).
• Prepare and deliver structured lectures aligned with the latest syllabus and exam trends.
• Develop study materials, test papers, and practice modules.
• Conduct regular mock tests, discussions, and answer-writing practice sessions.
• Provide doubt-clearing sessions and individual mentoring for students.
• Monitor and evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with latest notifications, syllabus changes, and exam patterns of TNPSC/UPSC.
• Encourage and motivate students to maintain consistency and discipline in preparation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Postgraduate degree in relevant subject (History, Political Science, Geography, Public Administration, Economics, etc.).
• Proven teaching experience in TNPSC/UPSC coaching (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
• Strong understanding of exam patterns, syllabus, and answer-writing techniques.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to simplify complex topics and inspire aspirants.
• Dedication towards achieving student success.
