Description :

We are looking for a Product Analyst / Associate Product Manager who is passionate about technology, user experience, and data-driven decision-making.

This role is ideal for someone eager to grow within the product management space working at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution.

As part of the product team, youll collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to define product requirements, analyze market trends, and drive the product roadmap from concept to launch.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and an ability to translate insights into actionable product outcomes.

What Youll Do :

- Support the product team in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.

- Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities, user pain points, and emerging trends.

- Translate business needs and user insights into feature requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that enhance usability and engagement.

- Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize backlogs and ensure timely delivery of product features.

- Use tools such as JIRA or Confluence to track product progress, sprint outcomes, and issue resolution.

- Analyze product usage data and metrics to evaluate performance, user behavior, and ROI.

- Assist in defining KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to measure success post-launch.

- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams for go-to-market strategies and product feedback loops.

- Document business requirements, release notes, and product communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.

What You Bring :

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Product Management, Product Analysis, or Business Analysis.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

- Understanding of Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog prioritization.

- Experience using product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Aha.

- Familiarity with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, or Miro.

- Strong knowledge of data analytics, with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Tableau preferred.

- Excellent communication skills capable of articulating technical details and strategic insights to varied audiences.

- Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or related disciplines.

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to SaaS product lifecycles, B2B/B2C user analytics, or mobile app product development.

- Experience conducting user interviews, surveys, or usability testing to validate product decisions.

- Basic understanding of SQL, A/B testing, or product experimentation frameworks.

- Interest in emerging technologies such as AI/ML, automation, or data platforms
