Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. Day-to-day tasks include managing project finances, conducting valuations, and ensuring cost efficiency across all stages of the construction process.
Qualifications
- 4-5 year experience with good rate analysis skills
- Experience with preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
- Strong skills in Cost Management and Cost Reporting
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
