We are seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to lead our IT operations and infrastructure management.

Position Overview

The IT Head / IT Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the college's complete IT infrastructure, ERP systems, and digital operations. The role requires strategic planning, hands-on administration, and leadership to ensure seamless technology integration across all academic and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the institution's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, data storage, and security systems.
  • Oversee ERP implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for academic and administrative modules.
  • Ensure data integrity, network security, and regular system backups.
  • Supervise installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and networking components.
  • Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to develop IT-based solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage vendor relationships, IT procurement, and annual maintenance contracts (AMCs).
  • Lead and train IT support staff to ensure high service standards.
  • Monitor IT budgets, licensing compliance, and digital asset inventory.
  • Implement cybersecurity protocols and ensure adherence to institutional data protection policies.

Qualification & Experience Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Information Technology (IT) or Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) from a recognized institution.
  • 5–10 years of relevant professional experience in network administration, ERP handling, and IT infrastructure management.
  • Strong understanding of LAN/WAN technologies, system integration, and cloud-based services.
  • Experience with academic ERP systems, database management, and server virtualization preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
