Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Mentee Assistance & Query Resolution

  • Address and resolve mentee queries through email, WhatsApp, and calls.
  • Escalate complex technical concerns to mentors as needed.

Technical Knowledge & Content Support

  • Assist in preparing and curating technical material in Robotics, AI, and EV domains.
  • Create FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge resources for mentees.

Learning Management System (LMS) Administration

  • Update session recordings, assignments, and resources on the LMS.
  • Track mentee submissions and progress; generate performance reports.

Quality Assurance for Training Programs

  • Monitor live sessions to ensure training quality and delivery standards.
  • Provide structured feedback and suggest improvements for mentee experience.

Mentor Onboarding & Support

  • Assist in onboarding new mentors and guiding them on LMS and session processes.
  • Coordinate between mentors and operations team for smooth execution.

Teaching Assistance

  • Act as a Teaching Assistant during technical sessions.
  • Support mentees in using engineering tools and software such as: SolidWorks, Ansys, MATLAB, Gazebo, ROS 2, etc.
