Your Role: VIP Product Counsellor (Night Shift)
As a VIP Product Counsellor working the night shift, you will be responsible for reaching out to both potential and existing customers, presenting premium membership offerings, and ensuring that our late-night members receive a high level of personalized service. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in a dynamic environment, are results-oriented, and thrive in a target-driven sales culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Sales Calls: Initiate calls to potential and existing customers, promoting premium memberships.
- Sales Conversion: Engage in meaningful conversations that lead to successful membership conversions.
- Client Relationship Building: Build strong rapport and trust with members, ensuring a positive and lasting relationship.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Documentation: Accurately record interactions and maintain up-to-date member profiles.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales or Telesales (night shift experience is mandatory).
- Exceptional communication and persuasion skills with a strong command of English (required for international and NRI calls).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, with high energy and focus on sales goals.
- HSC or Graduate degree.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
