About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Structural Chief Engineer to lead and oversee the structural design and construction of various ministry projects — including Prayer Towers, studios, and administrative facilities. The role ensures all buildings are structurally sound, safe, and built to high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all structural design and execution for new and renovation projects.
  • Review and approve structural drawings and designs from consultants and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and ministry requirements.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure timely completion of projects with quality assurance.
  • Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and project managers for smooth execution.
  • Provide technical expertise, cost optimization, and value engineering input.
  • Prepare structural feasibility studies, estimates, and reports.
  • Supervise and guide project engineers and site teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil / Structural Engineering.
  • 10–15 years of relevant experience in structural design and construction.
  • Proficient in structural analysis tools (STAAD Pro, ETABS, etc.). AUTOCAD.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
