Branch Manager

We are Hiring for Branch Manager for Pharma Distributor.

Responsibilities:-

1. Leading a team of sales, warehouse, and administrative staff.
2. Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
3. Managing inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize product expiry.
4. Providing excellent customer service and resolving inquiries and complaints.
5. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
6. Managing branch budgets, expenses, and pricing strategies.
7. Conducting market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
8. Streamlining operations to improve efficiency and productivity.
9. Cultivating relationships with suppliers and pharmaceutical manufacturers.
10. Promoting a culture of safety and compliance within the branch.
11. Generating reports and analyzing data to track performance and make informed decisions.

Requirements:
