Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant cum HR to support our accounting operations and human resources functions. The ideal candidate will have sound knowledge of accounting principles, HR coordination, and good communication & typing skills.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Accounts:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting and billing entries in Tally.
  • Prepare and verify vouchers, invoices, and receipts.
  • Maintain petty cash and assist in bank reconciliation.
  • Support in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate with auditors for reporting and records.

HR & Administration:

  • Maintain attendance; leave records, and payroll data.
  • Support recruitment, joining formalities, and exit procedures.
  • Draft HR letters, maintain employee files, and update records.
  • Coordinate internal communication and HR documentation.
  • Ensure confidentiality and smooth HR operations.

Expertise & Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / Accounting Software
  • Good command of MS Excel, Word & Email Drafting
  • Familiar with PF, ESI, and Salary Processing
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Typing Speed: Minimum 35–40 WPM preferred
