Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Workflow Consultant located in Noida. The Workflow Consultant will be responsible for designing and implementing workflow automation solutions using n8n and , consulting with clients to understand their business processes, and providing training and support. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing client requirements, developing tailored workflow solutions, testing and deploying automations, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. The role involves working closely with clients to optimize their operations through effective use of automation tools.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Business Process understanding
  • Consulting experience with a focus on workflow automation and client interactions
  • Proficiency in SQL and database management
  • Experience in providing Training and support for automation tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience in no code technology is a plus
