We're looking for enthusiastic Business Development Managers with 3–5 years in Business Development (Advertising/Digital Marketing/IT domain)

Role and Responsibilities
- Proven working experience in business development or sales for an Advertising / Digital / IT company.
- Understand client's advertising objectives and define effective digital and creative communication strategies.
- Prepare and present customized marketing proposals and pitch presentations to big-ticket clients.
- Manage sales process and day-to-day client relationships through conference calls, emails, and meetings.
- Proficiency in preparing business documentation such as proposals, quotations, and reports..
- Work closely with creative, production, and digital teams for seamless project execution.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently
Requirements
- MBA / BBA or any equivalent degree in Sales or Marketing.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in business development, preferably in advertising, digital marketing, or IT domain.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Creative mindset with enthusiasm for branding and marketing strategy.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Should have a strong sales track record and target hits
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
