Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin cum Accountant to join our team in Haldia. The candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, handling day-to-day accounting activities, and setting up a local office network for smooth operations. The role requires strong organizational skills, knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to manage basic IT/network setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative operations and office coordination.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and reports.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, and GST/TDS filing.
- Maintain employee records.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for smooth operations.
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and expense statements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
- Support management in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
- Setup and maintain a local office network (LAN/Wi-Fi) for efficient operations.
- Coordinate with IT vendors for troubleshooting and technical support when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Admin, Accountant, or similar role.
- Knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliances.
- Ability to manage local issue
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
