Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin cum Accountant to join our team in Haldia. The candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, handling day-to-day accounting activities, and setting up a local office network for smooth operations. The role requires strong organizational skills, knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to manage basic IT/network setup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative operations and office coordination.
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and reports.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, and GST/TDS filing.
  • Maintain employee records.
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for smooth operations.
  • Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and expense statements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
  • Support management in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Setup and maintain a local office network (LAN/Wi-Fi) for efficient operations.
  • Coordinate with IT vendors for troubleshooting and technical support when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Admin, Accountant, or similar role.
  • Knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliances.
  • Ability to manage local issue
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
