  • Coordinate and manage all activities of the JanSampark Karyalay.
  • Handle official communication and documentation related to government departments.
  • Assist in election-related work such as voter list management, awareness campaigns, and support to local authorities.
  • Manage and operate the E-Suvidha Kendra to provide government services to citizens (e.g., certificates, forms, bill payments, online applications).
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports, data, and required information to government offices.
  • Maintain records of office activities, visitors, and service requests.
  • Support public outreach, grievance handling, and community-related activities.
  • Stay updated with government portals, schemes, and citizen services to guide people effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Public Administration / Political Science / IT background).
  • Familiarity with government websites, portals, and online services.
  • Knowledge of election process and documentation work.
  • Hands-on experience in running an E-Suvidha Kendra or similar citizen service center.
  • Proficiency in computer operations (MS Office, online applications, digital platforms).
  • Strong communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
  • Ability to handle public queries with patience and responsibility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
