Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
  • Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and material requirements.
  • Monitor progress, quality, and safety standards at the site.
  • Ensure proper site documentation including daily progress reports, measurement sheets, and material consumption logs.
  • Conduct quality checks on materials and workmanship at various stages.
  • Ensure timely completion of each project phase within budget and schedule.
  • Manage subcontractors and labor to ensure productivity and efficiency.
  • Address and resolve any technical or site-related issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with the procurement team for timely material delivery.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing, waterproofing, and interior coordination works.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹50,000.00 per month
