Role SummaryWe're looking for a Product Engineering Leader who can architect, scale, and innovate user-facing platforms across mobile and web. You'll lead the frontend charter across member and provider experiences, integrating intelligent features powered by AI and delivering seamless, data-driven user journeys. Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect, build, and scale responsive and intelligent mobile (React Native) and web ) applications.

Collaborate with product and AI teams to design interfaces that are powered by LLMs, predictive models, and context-aware assistants. Ensure world-class performance, code quality, security, and accessibility. Lead a team of frontend engineers — mentoring, code reviewing, and setting technical direction.

Define the future of Digbi's digital experience, from onboarding flows to health dashboards. Embed experimentation, analytics, and personalization into UI/UX frameworks. Build integrations for conversational interfaces, dynamic content rendering, and real-time health insights.

You'll Thrive If You

Have:Technical Expertise7 years in frontend development with 3 in a leadership role. Deep experience with React, React Native, TypeScript, GraphQL/REST, and micro-frontends. Familiarity with modern build systems (Vite, Webpack), testing (Jest, Cypress), and CI/CD flows.

Hands-on experience integrating LLMs, prompt chains, and AI-powered UX elements (e.g., autocomplete, chat UIs). Prior exposure to healthcare UX or regulated digital products is a plus. Leadership & VisionAbility to translate business needs into scalable frontend architecture.

Passion for AI-driven UX innovation and product-led engineering. Strong stakeholder collaboration skills across design, product, backend, and AI.High ownership mindset with an iterative approach to problem-solving. What Success Looks

Like (First 6 Months)Delivered high-velocity updates across Digbi's app and web platforms. Seamlessly embedded AI-enhanced features into at least two user-facing flows. Replaced legacy components with performant, reusable design system elements.

Mentored and scaled a high-functioning frontend team.
