Roles & Responsibilities

  • Visit customer sites to troubleshoot issues and resolve product-related problems for Omicron products (BMS, sensors, HVAC sensors, transmitters, controllers, etc.).
  • Handle customer complaint calls, provide quick and effective technical solutions, and maintain high service quality.
  • Maintain proper records of all repaired transmitters, including serial numbers, issues identified, and corrective actions taken.
  • Perform calibration of instruments such as BTU meters, level sensors, flow meters, temperature sensors, humidity sensors, CO₂ sensors, pressure transmitters, airflow devices, and other Omicron products.
  • Prepare service reports, calibration reports, and test certificates in line with company standards.
  • Ensure all calibration activities follow SOPs, accuracy requirements, and quality norms.
  • Coordinate with customers for service visits, updates, and follow-ups.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma / BE in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation.
  • Ready to travel for service visits as required.
  • Must have experience in BMS service, HVAC systems, chillers, Modbus-based devices, calibration, and instrument handling (preferred).
  • Good understanding of sensors, transmitters, controllers, and related equipment.
  • Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and work independently at customer sites.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) for reporting and documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
