  • Timely execution of Installation / Handover with Project Closure OTE
  • Timely response & Updating the site and project status to HO, Customers
  • Customer complaint resolution with Closure with RCA.
  • KSP (Knowledge sharing Programme)- Conducting Installation / Trouble Shooting / Spares Selection training to SHPL / SP/ CP / Authorized Installation contractors.
  • Regional After Sales Business as per KRA
  • Closure of Warranty and Non Warranty Tickets with in OTD
  • Conducting the Performance Audit / Campaign for the supplied products
  • Achieve the Targeted after Sales Business inline to the organization goals.
  • Minimize the QAR, Cost of Poor quality (FOC Supply)
