As we scale up, we are hiring an experienced Online Bidder / Upwork Bidder to join our team. If you are a strategic thinker with a track record of winning high-value projects and building lasting client relationships — we want you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling proposals for clients on Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and other bidding platforms.
  • Identify and qualify leads, bid strategically, and close new business.
  • Meet Sales Targets (Monthly & Quarterly)
  • Maintain strong communication with clients during the bidding and onboarding phases.
  • Collaborate with the sales and development teams to ensure accurate scope and timelines in proposals.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for new project acquisition.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in bidding on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
  • Proven track record of successfully winning bids and delivering projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
