As we scale up, we are hiring an experienced Online Bidder / Upwork Bidder to join our team. If you are a strategic thinker with a track record of winning high-value projects and building lasting client relationships — we want you
Key Responsibilities:
- Create compelling proposals for clients on Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and other bidding platforms.
- Identify and qualify leads, bid strategically, and close new business.
- Meet Sales Targets (Monthly & Quarterly)
- Maintain strong communication with clients during the bidding and onboarding phases.
- Collaborate with the sales and development teams to ensure accurate scope and timelines in proposals.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for new project acquisition.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in bidding on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
- Proven track record of successfully winning bids and delivering projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
