Role: Associate Manager/Deputy Manager-Branding

Location: Dwarka, Delhi

What You'll Do:

  1. Marketing Communication:
  2. Develop and execute marketing communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and recall.
  3. Create communication for Doctors.
  4. Create and oversee content for campaigns, brochures, newsletters in Hospital Branding.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and tone.
  6. Align communication strategies with Manipal's business objectives and target audience needs.
  7. Event Management:
  8. Plan and execute media and corporate events, including press conferences, launches, and partnerships.
  9. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure events align with brand guidelines and objectives.
  10. Monitoring and Reporting:
  11. Track and analyze the effectiveness of PR and communication campaigns.
  12. Provide regular reports on media coverage and campaign outcomes to senior management.
  13. Community Connect
  14. Must have strong networking skills in community SPOC and execute community activity.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4-8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a reputed brand.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing vendor/creative agencies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong storytelling and content creation abilities.
  • Proficiency in managing creative agencies.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for detail and a knack for creating impactful campaigns.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
