Job Description - Machine Learning and AI

Associate Consultant /Consultant for machine learning and AI is a key member of the Risk Modelling Team and responsible for acting as an individual contributor in Design, develop, and deploy machine learning / AI models for predictive analytics.

Job title : Associate Consultant/Consultant

Location : Bangalore/Pune

Experience : 4 - 8 years of relevant experience

Major Duties

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics, classification, and optimization tasks.

• Develop tools and agents using Co-Pilot/Co-Pilot Studio.

• Monitor model performance and retrain models as needed to ensure accuracy and relevance.

• Document model development lifecycle and ensure compliance with internal AI governance and risk policies

• Operates independently; has knowledge of banking balance sheets and income statements.

• Conducts analysis, independently ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Responsible for interaction with different committees and/or senior management.

Qualification:

• Master in Computer Science / Statistics/ Mathematics/advanced degree in quant area

Skills Required

• 4 -8 years of experience in machine learning, AI, or data science roles.

• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.

• Proficiency with Co-Pilot Studio

• Familiarity with GenAI concepts and applications.

• Strong understanding of model lifecycle management, including versioning, monitoring, and retraining.

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
