Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist based in Ludhiana. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting and selling SPC Healthcare products, providing excellent customer service, and offering support throughout the sales process. Daily tasks will include making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and training customers on product usage and benefits. The role aims to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Sales and Training experience
• Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Prior experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
