Job Title: Android Developer
Experience: 3-5 Years
Location: Chennai
Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Android Developer with a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience, to join our growing team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Android app development, along with previous experience working on Bluetooth configuration/integration.  

Key Responsibilities:

Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform using Jetpack Compose and Kotlin

Implement and maintain Bluetooth (Classic/BLE) functionality within mobile applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.

Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

Maintain code quality and organization with best practices.

Work closely with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Android app development.

Proficient in Jetpack Compose and Kotlin.

Experience with Android Jetpack components.

Strong experience with Bluetooth (BLE/Classic) integration and configuration.

Good understanding of the Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes.

Solid knowledge of mobile app architecture, design patterns (e.g., MVVM), and best practices.

Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and integrating third-party libraries.

Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

Basic understanding of iOS development (nice to have).

Strong analytical and debugging skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
