Required Skills & Expertise:
5+ years of experience in building AI Appoications, with at least 2 years in Voice AI or conversational bot development.

Proficiency in Python, , or Java.

Experience working with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini, Qwen) for conversational intelligence.

Strong experience with speech recognition (ASR) and text-to-speech (TTS) technologies (e.g., Whisper, Google Speech-to-Text, Amazon Polly, Azure Speech, etc.).

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and microservices architectures.

Hands-on experience building real-time or streaming applications (WebSocket, gRPC, etc.).

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.

Ability to communicate complex AI/ML concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferences:
Proficiency in Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication frameworks.

Mathematical Foundation: Strong foundation in data structures, probability & statistics, and machine learning
