Relevant Experience in SAP

  • Minimum 6-15 years of relevant IT experience in SAP support, implementation, or consulting within the Finance and Controlling domain.
  • Strong professional experience in SAP FI/CO within an S/4HANA environment, with expertise in at least one key module such as GL, AA, AR, AP, Cost Accounting, PCA, or Product Costing.
  • At least 2 full-cycle SAP implementation projects, along with hands-on involvement in support and enhancement activities.
  • Proficient in configuring SAP FI modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting.
  • Good understanding of SAP CO processes, covering various controlling functions and their integration with financial operations.
  • Expertise in SAP FI integration with modules such as MM, HR, PP, and PM.
  • Deep understanding of financial business processes, particularly in complex or large-scale organizational environments.
  • Experience managing complex SAP implementation projects, ensuring seamless alignment of finance, and controlling requirements.
  • Hands-on knowledge of FICO system migrations, including transitions from Classic GL to New GL and S/4HANA migration scenarios.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively as a team player across cross-functional teams.
