Job Responsibilities

Customer Onboarding - Drive customer onboardings across multiple products for the relevant geography.

Customer Experience - Understanding customer requirements and catering to solving specific pain points of customers.

Performance Metrics: Responsible for driving Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) through effective credit utilization strategies.

Repeat Customers/ Retention - Managing an overall minimum retention rate across accounts and increasing stickiness of the customers.

Collections responsibility - Handling collections and recovery of key accounts across the city with controlled DPD customers and POS.
