Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Engineer (Interior) to oversee multiple interior projects from execution to handover. The candidate will act as the key link between the design team, vendors, clients, and site teams, ensuring timely, high-quality project completion as per design specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day site activities across multiple interior projects.
  • Ensure smooth execution of works as per approved drawings and timelines.
  • Supervise site teams, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other vendors.
  • Verify site measurements, material requirements, and monitor work progress.
  • Liaise with design and procurement teams for timely material delivery.
  • Monitor project costs, minimize wastage, and ensure adherence to budgets.
  • Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress reports to management.
  • Resolve on-site issues and maintain quality and design intent.
  • Manage vendor coordination, work allocation, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and proper documentation.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Civil, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in interior project coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution processes.
  • Good leadership, communication, and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and 3D views.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and project tracking tools.
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
