Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic MERN Stack Faculty member to train students in modern full-stack web development technologies. The ideal candidate should have foundational knowledge of MongoDB, , , and , along with a keen interest in teaching and guiding students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality training sessions on MERN Stack technologies (MongoDB, , , ).
  • Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and practical assignments as per the curriculum.
  • Guide students through hands-on projects, coding exercises, and real-world implementations.
  • Conduct assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, latest frameworks, and best practices in full-stack development.
  • Support students during doubt-clearing sessions and project reviews.
  • Maintain discipline, student engagement, and academic progress throughout the course.
  • Coordinate with the academic and operations team for smooth training delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong Knowledge of MERN Stack (MongoDB, , , ).
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for teaching, mentoring, and continuous learning.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).

Added Advantages (Optional):

  • Knowledge of Git/GitHub, Redux, Tailwind CSS, or TypeScript.
  • Experience in building small MERN projects or portfolios.
  • Internship or project experience in web development.
