JOB SUMMARY
Conducts comprehensive new hire training, delivering high-quality instruction on all aspects of Revenue Cycle Services, including workflow processes, customer service, and accounts receivable management. This role involves the development and delivery of training content for new products or programs, ensuring our team is equipped with the knowledge and skills to excel in their roles.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures employees are prepared to meet the demands of their positions.
• Provides instruction on Revenue Cycle Services, including but not limited to billing, coding, payment posting, and revenue reconciliation processes.
• Develops workflow process training to optimize efficiency and accuracy across the department.
• Leads customer service training sessions to promote exceptional service standards.
• Manages accounts receivable training to enhance understanding of financial tracking and reporting.
• Builds and updates training materials for new products, services, or programs, incorporating the latest industry and company practices.
• In conjunction with management, instructional designers, and subject matter experts, develops and delivers engaging content that resonates with adult learners, utilizing various training methodologies to cater to diverse learning styles.
• Collaborates with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date.
• Evaluates the effectiveness of training programs and suggests improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.

• Strong written, oral, and presentation skills for audience appropriate delivery
• Strong time management skills to work competing priorities and high volume requests
• Track record of providing consistently excellent customer service
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills required
• Able to rapidly learn new software to support learning development and delivery
• Able to work effectively under the stressful conditions in a fast-paced environment
• Able to effectively handle multiple tasks
• Veradigm product knowledge preferred
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written

Working Arrangements

• Standard work week or as defined by assignment requirements
• Primarily works in standard office environment or remotely
• May require after-hours, on-call support and/or holidays
• On-call and after hours work during peak times including end of month/quarter/year; during this time PTO is limited to meet business needs
