We are looking for 2 to 3 years experienced skilled Developer with a strong eye for design and expertise in building pixel-perfect, responsive UIs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the MERN stack and a proven track record of delivering high-quality web applications that seamlessly balance performance, aesthetics, and functionality.

Work Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain web applications using with a strong focus on pixel-perfect UI implementation.
  • Translate Figma / design mockups into responsive, high-quality, and cross-browser compatible components.
  • Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and SEO readiness in applications.
  • Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver seamless features.
  • Work with the MERN stack (MongoDB, , React, ) for backend integration and full-stack development when required.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Implement best practices for clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of professional experience in web development.

  • Solid knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, TailwindCSS/SCSS.
  • Experience with MERN stack for full-stack development.
  • Familiarity with API integrations (REST/GraphQL).
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards.
  • Knowledge of Git/GitHub and agile development practices.
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
