Funding Expert/Outbound Sales

Job Overview: We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly motivated Outbound Sales Agent (UK PROCESS) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cold calling clients, lead generation. You will act as a bridge between the company and customers, providing exceptional service and support to build long-term loyalty and trust.
Customer Relationship Agent Responsibilities:
- Cold calling clients & pitching business loans
- Maintaining daily average call targets
- Target based job need to ensure well versed with required targets
- Keeping customers updated on the latest products to generate business
- Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling
- Work adherence to be followed
Customer Relationship Agent Requirements:
- HSC or Batchelors Degree
- A minimum of 2 years calling experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a similar role in a related industry or calling industry
- Knowledge of sales process best practices and strategies
- Ability to handle difficult or upset customers in a professional manner
- Familiarity with upselling and cross-selling
Work Environment:
- UK Shift: Timings 1.00 pm to 10.00 pm(IST) Monday to Friday
