We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Administration and Planning Manager to join our Corporate Trust, Control Hub team. This role is located in Pune.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

• Provide strategic leadership and vision for the India-based Business Management team, ensuring alignment with Corporate Trust's and Hub's goals
• Lead and manage the Business Management team for Corporate Trust Hub in India, providing direction, coaching, and performance oversight
• Develop and grow team capabilities through mentoring, upskilling, and succession planning
• Apply strong project management discipline to track deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and risks
• Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery of key outcomes
• Manage resource allocation and ensure optimal workload distribution across the team
• Actively participate in select projects as a key contributor, providing subject-matter expertise and leadership oversight
• Regularly report on team performance, project progress and KPIs to senior management
• Identify process-improvement and automation opportunities, especially using AI

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced degree preferred
• Fluent in English
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams across diverse functions
• Ability to set clear goals, drive accountability and foster a culture of continuous development
• Expertise in managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously, with strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA), data visualization (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and standard corporate productivity tools
• Strong Excel and analytical skills are essential
