We are looking for an Accounts Executive with a background in the construction industry, responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, GST, taxation, and financial reporting. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally and basic understanding of Balance Sheet preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily accounting entries including purchase, sales, expenses, and journal vouchers in Tally.
  • Manage GST filings, input/output reconciliation, and coordinate with consultants for monthly and annual returns.
  • Prepare and maintain vendor bills, payments, and receipts.
  • Assist in finalization of accounts and preparation of Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statements.
  • Maintain proper documentation and support internal/external audit requirements.
  • Ensure statutory compliance with TDS, GST, and other tax-related filings.
  • Support in bank reconciliation, petty cash handling, and project expense tracking.
  • Coordinate with the accounts manager and site teams for cost and billing updates.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Tally ERP.
  • Good understanding of GST & taxation processes.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
