TCPS is Hiring US Bookkeeping Role

We are seeking an experienced Manager US Bookkeeping professional with strong expertise in overseeing end-to-end bookkeeping operations for US clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US accounting standards, delivering timely reports, and supporting client-specific bookkeeping and reporting needs.

Requirements and Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage end-to-end bookkeeping operations for US clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
  • Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with U.S. clients.
  • Experience managing a team and reviewing their work for accuracy.
  • Review & finalise work before client delivery.
  • Manage month-end & year-end closings.
  • Identify & resolve discrepancies quickly.
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Allocate workloads to meet deadlines & quality standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Take ownership of the development of staff within the department.
  • Set an example for junior staff by maintaining the highest standards in both presentation and work quality.
