Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the entire admissions process from enquiry to enrolment, ensuring yearly admission targets are met.
  • Develop and execute strategic admission plans aligned with school objectives and brand positioning.
  • Supervise and mentor the admissions counsellors team, ensuring excellent customer service and lead conversion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, feeder schools, and local communities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Organize and oversee school tours, open houses, and promotional events.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Academic teams to ensure smooth communication and brand consistency.
  • Generate and analyze admission reports, conversion metrics, and marketing ROI to support management decisions.
