We are an international design & branding agency looking for a Mid-Level Shopify Developer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. You will be responsible for building, customizing, and maintaining Shopify stores for global clients. This role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving ability, and clear communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Build custom features and functionalities, ensuring seamless user experience
  • Integrate third-party apps and APIs into Shopify stores
  • Optimize performance, page speed, and responsiveness across devices
  • Troubleshoot and fix bugs, ensuring smooth store operations
  • Collaborate with designers and project managers to deliver projects on time
  • Stay updated with Shopify ecosystem updates, best practices, and new features

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of proven Shopify development experience
  • Strong knowledge of Liquid templating, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6)
  • Experience with Shopify Apps and API integrations
  • Familiarity with Shopify Plus is a strong plus
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design
  • Experience with version control (Git)
  • Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with headless Shopify / React or Vue frameworks
  • Knowledge of SEO optimization for e-commerce
  • Previous work on international projects
