About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled
"Chemical Engineer"

with a
master's degree in chemical engineering

and a minimum of 2 years of experience in the

specialty chemicals

industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process design, optimization, and scale-up, with a focus on developing innovative solutions for specialty chemical production. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the advancement of our product offerings.

Responsibilities:

Process Design and Optimization:

Develop and optimize chemical processes for the production of

specialty chemicals

, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry standards.

Scale-Up Activities:

Assist in the scale-up of laboratory processes to pilot and production scale, collaborating with production teams to ensure smooth transitions and operational efficiency.

●
Technical Analysis:

Conduct technical evaluations and feasibility studies for new processes and products, utilizing data analysis and modeling techniques to support decision-making.

●
Quality Assurance:

Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure product specifications are met, conducting regular audits and assessments of production processes.

●
Research and Development:

Collaborate with R&D teams to develop new formulations and improve existing products, focusing on innovation and sustainability in specialty chemical applications.

●
Safety and Compliance:

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations, promoting best practices in chemical handling and waste management.

●
Documentation and Reporting:

Prepare technical documentation, including process flow diagrams, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and reports on project progress and outcomes.

Candidate Requirements:

Education

:

Master's degree in chemical engineering or a related field.

Experience

:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the specialty chemicals industry, with a focus on process design and optimization.

Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools.
